This site is
located for about 350 meters to the south of Kotagede. Jebolan Raden Rangga
site is northern walls forming like gigantic human body.

Folklore said
that this is story of Raden Ranggga, the son of Panembahan Senapati who to be
had such power but he is very mischievous. One day Raden Rangga is being
punished by his father. He happened to ask to break his father’s toe.
Panembahan Senapati is in painful so he pulled his leg making his son fell out
to the ground.

Raden Rangga
shamed for what just happened since this incident seen publicly. He then left
Kraton Mataram but not through entering gate. Instead of, he crashes his body
through the kraton fortress. Making a hole in the walls as shape of his body.
This hole is then called as Jebolan (hole) Raden Rangga.
